1. Veith, Wichita State 6769
2. Simmons, Kennesaw State 6542
3. Filip, Rice 6540

After the pole vault. 4.40 (14' 5¼") is just a killer. It's got to be in his head now. He should be 5 meters.

At a minimum, he should be at 4.90 which is worth 149 more points than 4.40.

After 9 events

1. Veith 7443
2. Simmons 7287
3. Filip 7208

Scott should make up some ground in the 1500 meters, but he never should be trailing Simmons. JMHO

1 - 8046 - Hunter Veith, Wichita State [SR]
2 - 7946 - Solomon Simmons, Kennesaw State
3 - 7876 - Scott Filip, Rice [SR]

In the 100 meter prelims, Hannah Jackson ran 11.45 seconds to set a lifetime best. She finished 14th overall and did not qualify for finals. But that is 15th best in the NCAA and best in C-USA this season.

Michelle Fokam wins the women's Triple Jump "B" section by a huge margin, with a best of 12.89 meters (42' 3½"). She should have been in the "A" section.

Actually not. It's the Distance Medley Relay. I know that you know the difference, but for those who don't:

Sprint Medley: 200-200-400-800 are the 4 legs, in that order

DMR: 1200-400-800-1600, in that order.
