Yea that USF number can’t be right!

Cincy seems a little low to me, especially since they are renovating their arena. Certainly should be higher than USF.

usf number has to be a typo. 3.7M is more reasonable. Rest look fair though I'd put SMU a little higher.

That number will probably change quite a bit for Cincinnati once we move into the piece of real estate that just underwent an $88M renovation and will be bringing in roughly $12M more per year in revenue.

That's probably why it was so low...our arena had absolutely no high end revenue generation and was a piece of trash aesthetically. I'd have to assume it will jump considerably once it is completed.

What I see is that every AAC program is valued in the top third of division one college basketball. I would expect the value of UC, Houston, Temple, ECU, and UCF to increase. New stadiums for the first two, new coaches in fertile ground for the middle two, and UCF should make the jump to the NCAA level.
