Seems like Coach Curry has put together a pretty solid pitching staff. Not sure I have ever been able to say that about our baseball team before. It's early, but I think there is definitely some reason for optimism about this year's team.

Chandler Fidel pitched 7 innings and struck out 9 and allowed 1 run on a home run. Donavin Buck only had to face 3 batters in 8th & struck 1 out. Justin Garcia only had to face 3 in 9th & struck one out. So 11 strike outs for Trojan Pitching.
