I find myself rooting for Kansas State. Am I wrong?

At least their Athletic Director is on record saying he wants a home and home with WSU.

But this game is really win/win

When did their AD say he wanted a h/h with us?

And if that's what he wants, why hasn't it happened? You know we're willing to take 'em on.

I think Weber mentioned the possibility a while back.

Would be a much more valuable series with the Big X making an RPI jump.

"K-State already has a few games scheduled for next season: At Tulsa, Vanderbilt (Sprint Center), a road game in the Big 12/SEC Challenge and three games at the Paradise Jam, a Thanksgiving week tournament that also features Missouri. Weber recently said he is looking to add a home-and-home series against a notable opponent.

Together, Taylor and Weber will look at options.

“Who is out there we can get a home-and-home with? Who haven’t we thought of?” Taylor said. “Are there other power-five programs we haven’t talked to?”

For now, he can think of an in-state program that seems like a viable opponent.

“We would like to do a home-and-home with Wichita State,” Taylor said."

Next year would be a time to lighten the non con schedule if anything due to the very young team.

Weber wasn't guaranteed to return prior to their miraculous NCAA run so he wouldn't have honestly risked playing us. But now that he's guaranteed himself a few more years and we lose six seniors I'm sure he on board

I feel kind of bad for my K-State friends. They are now stuck with Weber

Awesome. Thanks for the link. It's a series I'd like to see every year. I think it makes sense for both programs and it's good for the fans in the state.
