Hagans is 6th in the 2019 class. Was committed to Georgia before they fired Mark Fox.

When he decommitted from Georgia, Hagans said he would stay in the '19 class: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/27616...ss-of-2019 Maybe he is re-considering that decision, who knows?

He has the coursework completed to reclassify. There are rumblings that he might be ineligible GA HS basketball next year.

Jeffries, who committed to Kentucky last week but played for Team Penny last summer and has been complimentary of Hardaway’s role in his basketball career. Jeffries, a 2019 recruit, has also told the Herald-Leader that he grew up rooting for John Calipari teams and a Penny-to-Memphis move would not affect his pledge to the Wildcats.

Another bit of positive news for UK has been the run of Crystal Ball picks in favor of the Wildcats for Ashton Hagans, a top-10 player in the 2019 class who might move to 2018 and play college basketball next season. Hagans, a star point guard from Georgia, recently decommitted from the home-state Bulldogs."

I think it fired Penny up when Cal basically demanded DJ commit the day before he was to be announced. He is super competitive so now he's determined to get DJ back, grab Wiseman, and pluck Hagans too. This would also prove he can recruit nationally.

This happens, I swear this city will implode!

Eric Bossi on J&J. Said Hagans will be 19 in July. He's been back and forth about classifying 2018 vs. 2019. Currently he's 2019, which is when Calipari wants him. Could flip to 2018 though, if someone else gets in with him.
