Orsini finally gave speraw the extension. Its for 3 years. UCF's website didn't have a whole lot of info, but i feel a lot better now.

the Sentinel said it is for about $150,000 a year, which is still real low for C-USA. I think Orsini wants to wait and see if Speraw can produce in C-USA before he commits the big bucks.

That's still a raise from Speraw's old salary, though, and I'll bet you his contract contains some incentives that could push his earnings up quite a bit. Speraw probably won't make John Calipari type of money anytime soon, though, unless he takes UCF deep into the NCAA tournament.

with incentives its supposed to be $235,000. Thats according to the sentinel. They also have it broken down. Like he gets 25,000 for winning the conference.
