and now we know why the DC court kicked this asshat off the Flynn case, and the new judge is allowing Flynn to remove his guilty plea.

The case against Flynn is dead.

The Horowitz report (which ultimately found this) must be extremely damning giving all the flailing Mueller's team is doing right now.

Flynn will be pardoned, and rightfully so. So much stink surrounding that bogus investigation.

Guys, you can go back to the posts two years ago finding where I accused all of them of being in bed with the Russians and stated that many of them appeared to be extremely shady. But Trump took them on and let them do their thing. My God, several of the openly appeared to interfere with the GOP platform on behalf of Russia. Flynn is accused of trying to trade consulting fees for a change in US policy on Turkey.

Look, if you want to know why this is still a huge issue and isn't going away, its that Trump and his team of 'advisors' simply ignored any questions of ethical problems, ignored the law, didn't care about what anyone who didn't support them was saying, refused even minimal levels of financial transparency, etc.

These investigations are ongoing for a reason.

By the way, some pundits thought it odd that Vanessa Trump, who filed for divorce from Don Jr yesterday, has hired a criminal defense lawyer. That's an odd choice, until you realize that as an ex-wife, Vanessa will NOT be able to avoid testifying against her ex-husband (and might be caught up in financial crimes with her ex-husband). You know, she didn't hire a criminal defense attorney to advise her divorce attorney, but AS her divorce attorney.

And what seems to zoom over your headbone is that while everything you might say about everyone associated with Trump, and even Trump himself, and their dealings with RUSSIANS, if true, it does not seem to bother you in the least that with each passing day, the competence and objectivity of what was once our top investigative agency is being called into question. They thumb their noses congressional oversight. Today, that seems fine with dims. Tomorrow, maybe not so much.

I want to see clear separation of powers and the rule of law laid down regardless of circumstances. That's becoming less and less believeable. IMHO, that should bother you. It does me.
