Yeah, that was a very good team we lost to. Wish we could have pulled another one off, but...well, such is the typical fate of the 15 seed. Now, let's all get better for next year!

Great effort for the first half at the very least. Good season for GSU

With today's elimination of GSU, all SBC Men's teams are now finished for the season. ULM lost in the CBI to Austin Peay last night.

Sums it up. Good season, folks.

One positive is though....we got a glimpse of Simonds' 3pt game. He can shoot 3s well, but just didn't transition onto the court this year. I believe Simonds will take his game to another level after this offseason

To the NBA?

Doubt it...he's not ready.

I meant figuratively. He will be more dynamic next year

Good effort GSU. And nice SBC Tourney won (again).

Concerning Simonds, I hope he’s dynamic in the form of some good OOC wins for GSU next year. We are all in this together. I say that knowing USA hasn’t pulled its weight OOC in 4 of Graves’ 5 years but we have a history of being able to. We have a new coach so hopefully we get out of the RPI cellar and pull our own weight again.

The one on Benlevi on the breakaway dunk...yeah...should have been intentional, dangerous...typical non-call though...

Damn SBC refs, keeping Georgia State down.

There were a total of four (4) fouls between both teams with six minutes left in the second half. Amazing how getting away from the garbage refs this conference uses can change the way the game is played, for the better. Pretty sure we didn't start playing a completely different brand of basketball in a week.

I mean...you could just admit you're wrong about the refs our conference uses (nobody agrees with you), or that you were wrong about the crew last weekend being SEC refs (not true, as I confirmed by looking into it for a few minutes).

ETA: Realize you were making a non-call joke...I get it, I get it. The foul was called. It would be right up the alley of the refs the SBC employs to not have the cojones to call that a flagrant. Fits right with their level of competence.
