There's a lesson to be learned from the first weekend by the selection committee and the cartel blowhards. That lesson is that the gap between the haves and have nots in CBB is not as large as they would have us believe. Its not just about all the upsets either, look at all the other games that the higher seed eventually won that were highly competitive. Unfortunately this lesson will likely be completely ignored.
