Rice up 6-0 on TCU headed to the 4th... So far, so good but I don’t trust our pitching until the last out is made.

Decent night going so far. Just need to not lose any of the leads.

UAB (253) host Troy (17) - UAB down 3-0 in 5th

We lost 2-1 in 12 innings. Lead 1-0 in the 9th... and they tied it on a guy who was walked. :'(

Florida Atlantic beats North Florida 14-1. Rivera hit a grand slam in the 6th, Frank homered in the 6th and 8th, and DeSantolo, Lambert, and Summerall hit a trio of back-to-back-to-almost-back home runs in the 7th.

Game #2 tomorrow at 4 p.m.

UTSA and UAB both lost while Charlotte won to put CUSA 4-4 on Tuesday

Big 13-1 win for Charlotte over Wake Forest. They had just taken 2 of 3 from FSU this past weekend in ACC play. Gotta be a confidence booster heading into C-USA play.

FIU fans... How can your recruiting consistently be so, so, so (like upper tier SEC/ACC level) good yet you guys aren't even in the top tier of C-USA?

I believe the vast majority of their top guys went pro.

Florida Atlantic narrowly beat North Florida 10-9. Coach Mac needs to take Prather out of the rotation and start Stewart for the weekday games; any of our other midweek opponents today and we lose. Our bullpen almost gave the game away in the 9th. Awful showing just before conference play begins.

Next game is on the road against Old Dominion on Friday at 6 p.m.

Yup, there's definitely a high turnover rate down there.

In a game without much pitching (Columbia has played tons of games recently too), Rice leads 8-4 in B4.
