Wiseman will re-classify to '18 and will come to Memphis, but probably won't announce until late summer because he wants to play EYBL this summer.

Larry Brown was in charge when he got in trouble, I doubt out of respect for Penny that he would usurped Penny and do his own dirty work on his own outside of his boss
