This stat + attendance is why Tubby has to go. 2 years with no postseason + not definite to make it next year + lowest rating by rpi/kenpom in our history + lowest attendance in 40-50 years tells me all I need to know about the program. As it should anybody with half a brain.

Absolutely agree. I simply can not envision a scenario where we will produce an NCAA tournament worthy team in the foreseeable future.
Tubby - you may not be technically responsible for putting butts in seats, but you at least need to explain to us what the plan is.

It is not a trick question. I value your opinion.
I think it is extremely risky for the University of Memphis to make Penny the next head coach, but I am fully in support of it (if there is no way to get Gregg Marshall). Things are so bad with this program right now, the risk is appropriate. It is time for the hail mary.
