Herd 67, Western Kentucky 66.

The 31-year drought is over for the Herd! Marshall is headed to the NCAA tournament!

Good for them...great game.

Glad to see the Herd prevail. They’ve been consistently good for many years and deserve a trip to the dance. Now let’s hope MT makes it as well.

Middle of the pack in the conference wins four in a row in the conference tournament and earns "the" invitation. Not surprising. Glad to see them win and hope they do well in the NCAA Tournament. Let's all pull for them to keep their winning streak going. Have a great weekend, all. God Bless!

Marshall was the fourth seed. They had a bye

Too bad Marshall will have to turn down the NCAA bid, since they had already accepted a CIT bid. 03-lmfao dumbasses.

To bad UAB will have to watch the NCAA, NIT, CIT, CBI and whatever else there is. That or like a play by play guy for the ECHLs Louisiana IceGators used to say, "Well now that their season is over with, they can head to the golf course".

Classy. Maybe you can buy your coach some suits with your NCAA credits. He looks like he slept on a park bench

This is why no one in this conference likes Marshall fans (well, except for this guy: COGS COGS COGS COGS). Somewhere in West Virginia, there's a couch that needs burning. Maybe you should go tend to that.

Good for them. I see no problem with joking about them accepting the CSI bid previously.

Beats the cheating b******* from WKU getting in.

The Marshall and WKU fans have been pretty nasty on boards and social media. Both doing their best to take the ECU and Louisville fan base’s place as being the most obnoxious and gated in the conference.

My favorite CUSA fan bases: MTSU and ODU

My least favorite: La Tech and Marshall.

I congratulate the Marshall team. Their fan base can go to hell.

RE: Marshall CUSA Champions
I do not understand the resentment you guys have had for years for Marshall fans based on a few posters on a message board. I donate to Marshall’s Big Green Scholarship Foundation, but I also had four season tickets to UAB football this past year. WVU fans are the couch burners. Correlating Marshall with that is the equivalent of telling part of the ever faithful to put on some houndstooth with your box of tide laundry detergent and a roll of toilet paper.

The interesting thing about this Marshall team is that they return 100% of their production from the tournament. Hopefully this is the beginning of a dynasty.

I have no beef with Marshall but there are a lot of your fans running their holes, not a few and it's a shame. Same with WKU. I really dislike them sence they hired one of the sleezyest coaches in basketball. I actually like your HC.

Stay classy.

Did the conference ever release any basketball attendance numbers for the tournament?
