Rockets edge EMU by 1 with a late 3. I'll pull for the Bulls tomorrow. Just can't ever seem to root for Toledo in any sport. Not a big fan of their Coach K. Seems like a tool. Can the Rockets land their first NCAA bid since 1980? Should be an entertaining game!

Toledo sports having a killer year. If they beat Buffalo, I wonder when was the last time a MAC team won it all in football and basketball in the same season.

That 1980 Toledo team was REALLY good!

Coached by Bob Nichols, who was simply GREAT...IMHO.

Stan Joplin played on the 1979 team that also went to the NCAA's.

The '79 Rockets were the #5 Seed in the Mideast Regional, lost to #1 seed ND 79-72 in the Sweet 16. #2 seed was MSU with Earvin Johnson Jr.
