Pretty cool with all those logos.

Anyway, this highlights why it is too bad that money controls the whole process. If somehow money was taken out of the equation then a team like W&M --- who did something this year that no team had ever done, shoot 50-40-80 --- would be a natural for the National INVITATION Tournament. Who wouldn't want to see the best shooting team in the country? We won 19 games, several against decent teams from other decent leagues, so we are not chopped liver. It should be what postseason NIT basketball is all about.

Wow. We're basically breaking their model. The real surprise to me is that I would have guessed we played at a faster pace.

Means if we cranked the defense up a little and forced more turnovers, we'd get more possessions/game.

I think that chart is just showing isolation plays, not the entire offense. They didn't run a ton of it but it was extremely effective when they did.

I forgot that it referenced isolation plays, but I have serious reservation then with the data because I don't believe, for a second, that anybody accurately categorized that data for all of those teams and every single possession in a season.
