Basketball coaching casualties
I'm sure UDM is going to dismiss Bacari Alexander after his in-season shananigans and poor performance.

The AD is on record stating they needed a minimum of a 0.500 conference record.

RE: Basketball coaching casualties
I hate to see this for sure. The UDM job is viewed as a "graveyard" job by many in the industry and there is little doubt it will be an extremely tough fill. I doubt they will find another Dick Vitale this time around.

While I realize that his comment to the player was terribly offensive, it hardly displayed a pattern of behavior. To be HONEST, I am sure that a more successful coach could have swept such a comment under the rug. The good thing is that Keith Dambrodt provides the model for career rehabilitation after one ill advised utterance. It was, however, a long tough road that started back coaching in high school, even with LeBron James.

I just hope that we keep our eyes on Corey Allen, in case he is discontented. The Ypsilanti kid is very good, I don't want to miss on him a second time.

Connecticut would seem more likely.
