Coach Hurd was on J&J today. He talked about Jones, since Jones played some for him this summer. He said Tubby felt like the team needed more shooters, which is why he went hard after Jones. Hurd said Jones should be able to play that role. But Hurd did not give an enthusiastic, can't-go-wrong endorsement of Jones.
