By July 1st, guarantee it. Know too much about North Dakota politics. For NDSU to be cozying up to UND means something big is up.

The results after the Gonzaga - MWC move should be domino fast.

Idaho State then will have to invite UVU, Dixie St, and CWU to the remnants of the Big Sky to fill out a conference schedule.
