Not sure where Nolan is getting that info, but all three games are in Boone, but todays game got moved to Sunday for a double-header.

I've gotten to where I only use the Sun Belt Website for baseball schedules. The most reliable website out there right now is D1baseball, but they've thrown everything behind a pay wall.

We'll have blue skies today in Boone, but the wind is gusting to 60mph and the temperature is in the high 30's. That's why we are doing a Sunday DH instead of Saturday.

Our series with Marshall was originally going to be played at Marshall, but i believe their stadium wasn't going to be ready so we switched it up. I'm guessing Warren Nolan is just a little slow updating.

I've updated the original post at least.

Don't let the name fool you, Tennessee Tech is a very good program.

They lead the nation in homers most years, and dominated the OVC last year. Good small-school OOC challenge for Troy this weekend. Should be a great series at Riddle-Pace.

You guys have a strange OOC schedule. Lots of wins, but one loss could kill your RPI

AState looked like a team that had played 1 game in 2 weeks in a 2-1 11 inning loss at New Orleans.

The good news is that our Friday Night starter looks really good. Bad news is we've given him 2 runs of support all season.

USA took it on the chin last night to Texas Tech. Our pitching is not strong right now, theirs is. Bad combination. Tech won 8-1 in game 1. They have strong pitching today to follow their Friday night guy, so I’m hoping we can put together enough hits to sneak away with a win. Games 2 and 3 are today and game 4 will be tomorrow.

Apparently there must be some strange amount of bad blood from our old days with New Orleans in the league that everyone missed. Pretty big Bench Clearing Brawl by College baseball standards leads to 4 ejections. Including at least one player who wasn't even playing. I expect suspensions out of this

Red Wolves lead 3-0 in the 4th.
