calories in vs. calories burned....it's always been pretty simple....it's all the media bs that people 'bought' into as an 'excuse'

what has changed is too many overindulge while indoors....we now have two generations lost to video games and lack of outdoor activity....fast food and proportional sizing is also a problem....

there's easily more to it within any individual situation.....however, those are the main points I've witnessed during my lifetime....

once again, kudos and for recognizing your situation and doing something positive to counteract vs. placing the blame on things outside of your control.....
