Today I saw bits and pieces of the above documentary about inner city Chicago HS Orr featuring the senior year of Tyquone Greer. There is a quick flash to Kalsow watching an Orr game and evaluating talent. This would be about 4 years ago. It was Whitney Young’s year with #1 HS recruit Okafor who won national title his next year (Fr) at Duke. Quite an intense documentary about inner city life, Tough knocks, and coaches who care.

He was a hard nosed guy for sure. Did he get booted or merely transfer? I recall some drama.

Speaking of Kaslow, Coach K (the head coach) tweeted today that Kaslow was named to the D3hoops all-decade team.

I think Hall violated UT team rules and was exited from the program. I believe UT helped place him at St Cloud St. He would be a senior at St Cloud St this year but never made it past last season. It’s doubtful he has received his degree. I hope his future is headed in the right direction. I hope for the best for all these young men
