No confidence to watch next two Stanford games.
However, we have our chance to win second game yesterday.

Alas, this is where we are at.

I fully expect us to get swept this weekend. This is down to a variety of factors:

1. We have been in decline overall. It happens, but we have to be honest with ourselves and acknowledge that we are in such a cycle.
2. We seem to play poorly in California in general.
3. Stanford is in a good cycle.
4. We will always get Stanford's best. This is because they doubtless still recall 2003. And they just aren't OK with losing to "little ol'" Rice, that private school down in Texas.

I'm not sure how we are going to get things back in our favor. But that swing sure isn't going to happen this weekend.
