WTF? Woman who rammed WH security barrier known to Secret Service
Tried to climb the WH fence, TWICE, in 2017.

WTF is going on? Were they hoping she'd be successful? Why aren't these people locked up after the first time?

The Secret Service once was the most effective federal agency we hd, when it was part of the Treasury Department. Now it's a joke sub-bureaucracy within Homeland Security.
