Sucks that we lost Jeremiah during a great win.

He is just motivating his team. All good coaches use a loss to the extreme. Who do we have who is tough? Rivers. LOL i think Houston got more floor burns than we did. That has been a season long trend. No one DIVES for loose balls. They will bend over and then fall down but not slide and get it.

He’s motivating his team by telling the truth. Best game the Tigers have played this year.

Memphis is an extremely mentally tough team. The could have wilted when Houston took 11 point leads. They could have given up when Martin went down. To their credit, likely through Tubby, this team plays hard.

Under the old regime, several of the early game deficits would have become blowouts instead of late game wins.

Yes we have a mental toughness we haven’t seen in awhile. Great game.

Pete Gillen sounded surprised, almost shocked. One of the media dudes said.."Memphis can't stop Gray. " And I kept thinking o yeah we can.

Honestly, the Houston game reminded me of that conference tournament game in El Paso. Both games we were were not gonna quit .

We were down 12 a couple times, clawing our way back . Reggie Miller kept saying, ‘There’s just no Quit in this young Tiger Team’. And the other one was yelling ‘incoming!’ for every three they landed on us. lol

But we punched our ticket to the Dance.
