The MAC is always a guard orented conference so of course guards score more points.

Wilder is one of the top steal percentage players in the nation. That doesn't count?

moore

I thought so

I think Moore is a very good ON THE BALL defender.

He struggles with QUICK guards off the dribble (German, etc).

What 2 guard doesn't?

What WMU guard(s) over the past 15 years have been better on defense?

Bottom-line: Despite playing poorly, WMU still beat a team it should beat. And it was a "must-win" rivalry game. I'd rather have a bad win than a good loss, particularly to a shabby program like CMU.

You have two choices on defense. You go over the screen and stop the three, or go under the screen to stop the dribble drive.

In Centrals case you go over the screen and hope the big can altar the shot. Can’t bring help or they kick out for threes. Bigs have to give them a reason not to go to the hole. Our 7 footer was giving up layups to guards.

Hey, a win is a win. If we lose to Testicle Tech in Muncie than beat the HURONS at home, we'll match my prediction.

No way we're going to beat CMU in Mt. Pee, the game is on March 2 and everyone knows WMU doesn't play basketball in March. Take it to the bank, the Chimps are going to light it up against us. You know it, I know it, why argue otherwise?
