Seems like it could make itself visible for radar and then not visible. Probably a test run over radar and airspace to see what others could determine.

They scrambled Washington Air National Guard F-15's. While the Washington Air National Guard could absolutely make 95% of the nations in the world surrender in 15 minutes, I will worry when we have F22s going supersonic in route.
