It says Stadium on our site.

And I agree. The top 4-6 on any week can really bring it.

First to 70 wins Thursday. X factor - Godwin goes 4 -6 from 3.

Both ODU games this week are on Stadium, not facebook.

The game against WKU is a sellout. Now if only we could get Marshall to sell out too and go on full sold out road trip. Can't ask for miracles though

We might get to 70 with 12 minutes left in game lol. It should be high scoring, really high scoring if we continue to shoot well. We dropped 82 at home shooting badly. And with the way Marshall flops around, they will likely shoot a bunch of free throws.

for sure, Puppy'sButt has not been too active since we put a tag in LaTech's ear a few weeks ago.

Lets see Marshall basketball:
1 #1 Overall NBA Draft Pick
How many does ODU have

1 Top 50 player to ever play the game (Hal Greer) rated #32
How many does ODU have

Marshall Hall of Fame HC Cam Henderson (1935-55) changed the game as we know it, he invented the Fast Break and Zone Defense, before Cam the offense didn't cross the timeline until the defense of the other team set up on the other side, even though there was no rule saying you couldn't just go right down and score, also the Zone was created when one of the buildings had a leak in the roof and part of the floor was wet and you couldn't set up in man.
What innovations has ODU had on the modern game

Marshall has a National Championship (1947 NAIB now NAIA) Marshall Wins 1947 NAIB
How many does ODU have

Marshall has Mike D'Antoni who in 2003 completely changed the NBA. before 2003 the avg score for most teams was 74 points per game, with an avg of 5 3 point shots per game. D'Antoni came in and turned the basketball world on its head. Thanks to what the NBA likes to call "Mike's 7 seconds or less" last year the NBA avg score was 119 points and an avg of 32 3 pointers per game
What has anyone from ODU done to radically change the game

Just like Joan C Edwards Stadium, its almost as difficult to come away with a win in the Cam Henderson Center. Since it opened in 1981 Marshall has won 77% of the games there, just ask WVU who is 0-5 in the Cam.

The changes to the way offense has evolved in the nBA is really interesting to study. It's a shame that he can't combine offense and defense to come up with teams that be succesful in playoffs. It seems Dan follows a similar trend; teams that score a bunch of points, don't play defense, and end up not doing anything.

Im not sure what the NAIB was or even it was even legimate. Does ODU winning a national title in 1975 mean something too?

I mean, if you want to talk about college basketball existence, your support is a guy that graduated from Marshall and went on to other things......wtf?

Marshall has never won an NCAA basketball tourney game. They have been to the dance 5 times overall with the last time being in 31 years ago. I probably wouldn't hype up my teams history if that was the case.

And that trip was vacated by the NCAA

Don't laugh. They beat Mankato State in the title game.

So there's that.

I mean DePaul, Houston, and New Mexico played in that tournament. So least there is some respectable programs in there. Neither fan base should be this positive about the outcome. It’ll be 80-75 with whoever.

I'm just screwing around. This isn't real bravado from me. We aren't consistent yet. It's fun to have someone to trash talk with though

Marshall sucks so bad that we, since DD with Elmore becoming eligible had won 5 out of 6 vs ODU and ended your season last year in the tourney? You did get the first game this year at ODU. Ignore if you will that Penava didn’t play at all. Welcome to the Cam Thursday night where we are 14-1 this year. But I forgot, mubb sucks.
