I may be wrong, but aren't our punters and kickers recruited as PWOs? I believe that is fairly standard at the FCS level.

Long time to wait until Dec 19th early signing period.

Curious what was going on behind the scenes with Pressley from the initial "ring the bell" from the coaches to the players Twitter announcement over a month later. Speaks well that he reinforced his commitment even with the uncertainty with the coaching staff.

I guess in this day, a commitment isn't really a commitment until pen meets paper.

You are correct for the most part, but that doesn't answer why we haven't had better specialists. Dorka was not great when he got here, but was very good by the time he left. I can't remember having a punter with less of a leg than Michael.

Listed here as a linebacker and on hudl as a WR/SS. He is a track guy that is athletic and versatile. Carried the ball in a wildcat capacity in his highlights.
Regardless of the position, he looks like a football player.

Believe he is, also, currently playing QB. 80 yd and 20 yd TD runs in the first quarter of their opening game. Football player!!

Yoder is from Trevor Andrews' home town. Strong, athletic and fast. Versatile track star. 23' long jumper.

Jim Andrews was a legendary coach at Northwood before tragically dying in the 90's. He was followed by another Indiana coaching legend at Northwood, Rich Dodson. Dodson married the Andrew's brothers widowed mom Sheri. Rich's son Wes coached for a stint at W&M and is currently the D coordinator for Hampden Sydney. Nate Andrews, Trevor Andrews younger brother and Wes Dodson's step brother, is the current HC of Bronson Yoder at Northwood.

He tweeted on 7/25 that we offered him. He was an army commit but later decommitted.

I wonder if any Maryland commits become available. Not that the Tribe would be a landing spot, but I'd expect some shakeup with the coaching change.
