Instead of giving up something I'm going to try to practice more patience when I drive.

I got put in time out for asking a poster this question last year but here goes. Me to a buddy: hey man, did you give up for dik for Lent? Buddy: uh NO! (30 second pause) I mean YES! (another pause) You're going to hell!!

I was raised in a fairly strict Catholic home but have never given up anything for Lent. Mama tried, Mama tried, well she tried to raise me better...
