How'd you get "domestic dispute" out of that?

Sounds like much ado about nothing...

Somebody pounds on my door for thirty minutes after I told them to leave I might shove them, too. Unless the woman works as a domestic there’s nothing domestic about that dispute.

That was tough to read...does that pass as journalism now? Wow...the friend, his friend, her friend, etc...my head is spinning.

Maybe domestic was the wrong term? An incident involving the opposite sex? At the end of the day anyone in his position has to be doubly careful, especially in these heightened times. You look cross eyed at someone these days and it immediately goes to harrasment. So many good vibes coming from him and exposure for UT, you just hate to read about this.

I agree it was tough to read. I couldn't figure out if the one witness said the girl hit herself in the face?

Either Hunt was in bed the whole time or he had his friend tell his other friend to have the friend of the woman, who was either the victim or the perpetrator, to leave with her friend before Hunt, either the victim or the perpetrator, had his friend call Security, who are Hunt’s friends. It all sounds very friendly.

Its all over the news now as multiple media outlets have picked it up.

drunk 19 year olds trying to party with pro athletes can end badly. sounds like once Hunt realized the woman in question and her friend were under age and (apparently) obnoxious they were told to leave. they wouldn't leave and eventually there was a confrontation that sounds chaotic but caused no real injuries to anyone. this is not the same thing as sexual assault, harassment or domestic abuse. this is young drunk people acting foolish and young drunk people trying not to be foolish handing the situation like young drunk people.

Too much money and not enough supervision.

Some typical unwise decision making, some attempts at wise decision making followed by more unwise decision making. Ought to move back home with Mom. Miss Barby Doll wouldn't have gotten within 100 yds.

He needs to learn to step far away from any such confrontations, in this case call the police to have them removed from private property. Hunt should have never intervened-understand that he is now a high profile player in a league where any such involvement is going to have a high profile, people will take advantage of the situation and his status for their own benefit, quickly draw the attention of the media and questions asked, especially by the NFL.

With a camera in virtually every pocket yet no mention of video is rather amazing

it seems like he did call security to intervene

then lost patience

BUT it's already out of the news cycle. Hopefully taken Hunt sees this as a warning to his new status. Let officials deal with it...

Absolutely agree. He also better be having a serious talk with his buddies to never get him into a situation like that again. They let it escalate and then tried to "handle it" on their own. The last thing you need is to be around a bunch of buddies who have nothing to lose - unless they find out he will not tolerate it and they will no longer be hanging out with him.
