This game wasn't ever close. Kitiya Laksa went off for 41 and the Bulls led 31-13 after one quarter. OSU is a very good team and they've played a tough schedule, but USF was all over them.

The USF women have a powerful program. Jose Fernandez is building a super power. Will USF be able to retain him?

Jolly good show by the Bulls! Even as a UCF fan I have to say it gives me a smile to know they beat the felgercarb out of the Buckeyes and struck a blow for the American as a whole.

For all of the talk about the depth of the men's BB programs in the American, the women's teams are just as deep.

The AAC may very well have (4) teams in the tournament (UConn, USF, UCF, and Houston) and perhaps another one in the NIT (Cincinnati).

Not only that, you can pretty much pencil in UConn for a berth in the national championship pretty much every year (and with the exception of last year, the title). Tennessee used to have a case, but after UConn won over 100 in a row and won four straight titles, there's no argument anymore.

The question for some time has been whether USF can take the step to get past the round of 32. They always seem to struggle against top 15 teams and hadn't beaten a top 15 team since Louisville in 2012 until demolishing OSU. I don't think we host this year without beating UConn at least once.

Outstanding game by the USF women. Congrats.

Laska went 0-11 last time against UConn and we lost by 51 points. Need to do much better in the final regular season game and make it to the finals of the conf against UConn to get a seed higher than 8 or 9
