I counted this as a W, in addition to South Florida and ECU. Now I think the best we can do is 16-15, which truly sucks.

How many times do you want to say “I told you so”? I think I’ve seen this post, minus my name, at least five times. We get it. You said it was a bad hire. I’ll buy you a burger at five guys if you stop telling us...you told us so. However, to my credit along with Bench, we never said it was an awesome hire or even a great hire. All we did was give him a chance, which I don’t regret. I view it as being fair. I’ll do it again for the next guy. All he had to do was put together a great staff and lock up the Memphis kids and get a few from out of town. I thought that Tubby might view it the same way, because it’s proven you can win here. But no he didn’t, he instead did the worst recruiting here that I’ve seen.

PS... I kept telling you Trump would win, but you didn’t believe me. <—Had to do it!

I’m glad he won.. Still can’t believe he did.. “5 I tried to tell you so’s” ain’t to bad for almost a 2 year period especially when I hardly post that much anymore.. It really wasn’t that hard to predict that he was a bad hire and most people knew it.. Sorry for posting I wasn’t looking for any praises, I couldn’t care less!!

No need to apologize. All I’m saying is if everyone did what you chose to do and quit going to the games, quit buying tickets and season tickets, and quit watching...they would have to shut the program down. The next coach deserves a chance.

Also, it doesn’t matter one bit if I’m thrilled with the next hire. As a fan I have to give him a chance. Maybe he proves me wrong or maybe he proves to be garbage.

I have a gut feeling the next coach will do very well.
