Refs starting to play to the crowd. Not good.

If I see one more guard hoist it up after 25 seconds of dribbling around high screens I'm gonna throw up. Hasn't worked all half.

Actually I think they are very predictable. They play the same game always. The opponent makes adjustments and we don't.

20 years. How many more until we have a championship level team. Tired of Murphiocrity.

Brutal loss. Absolutely brutal. Why Murphy let Jackson continue to dribble to nowhere is beyond me. He was awful today. Minnie missing the front end of the 1-and-1 was costly too. Took our foot off the gas and it cost us a game that should've been an easy win. Same story, different chapter.

Tough, tough game to lose for many reasons.

I just don't like how the last 10 seconds went. Murphy mentioned to Chad that the players were instructed to foul, but they didn't.

Minnie missed a FT.

Typical EMU athletics...the moment you start to believe in them, they choke it away. Give Bowling Green a lot of credit for their effort to steal this game away. Brutal loss that kills any momentum this team had.

Yep. As I've posted the #3 - 6 seeds will avoid UB and TOL until the semis.

The #7 and 8 seeds get a home game but they would face the #1 or 2 seeds and that looks suicidal this year...

RE: Game Day: @BG
This one is all on Murphy and his lack of expertise at in game coaching. BG made the adjustment to attack the paint after the half and we were late to do anything about it.

Jalen King is nice to give JT4 a breather during the first half but why in the hell is he in during overtime?

Lastly we have lost to N Florida and today because we cling to the precious zone even with 10 seconds to go when the opponent HAS to make a three. A 6 foot slow shooter gets a good look instead of having to shoot over Nobles or Bond covering him man to man.

If I had any doubts about retaining Rob as our coach, they were removed today.

How about EMU gets a real coach and is the 1 or 2 seed? Tired of Murphiocrity.

Why is anyone still watching this team with Murphy as coach? Why? What are you expecting the outcome to be? I don't get it. It is utterly pointless.

And another crazy one. Sorry I missed it (the ending). NIU beat UB in OT.

The big difference is that game didn't mean a whole lot. Does it matter who is the #1 or #2 seed in the MAC tourney??

Dear Friends,
Eagle Sam and steve took the words out of my mouth..... Minnie makes the free throw at the end of regulation we win the game. I've said it for the last few years. The inability of this team to make free throws has cost us, and will continue to cost us. All this team should do until the next game is practice free throws.

Bob, I don't know if you watched the game (didn't see any posts from you during the game).

The 2nd half swoon was terrible, but we still had every chance to win the game in regulation time.

The players were told to foul with a 3-point lead when BG had the ball on an out of bounds play. They didn't.

Minnie missed the first of a 1 and 1.

Fouling on inbound play should be pretty simple for most college players. One hopes a player can make the 1st of a 1 and 1.

Sometimes we forget players play the game. There are a lot of 1, 2 or 3 point games played every day in college hoops. Players make or don't make the clutch play.

Our players have not been making the clutch plays for some time now.

Who is ultimately responsible?
