But Josh behaving as portrayed is beyond ludicrous. Many thought his demeanor was fake. For those who knew him on a more personal basis, they know that was just who he was and it wasn't fake.
I am sure he has many human shortcomings as we all do. This type of behavior is not in his playbook. It isn't the first or last time someone will file a false sexual assault charge for nefarious reasons. Many do it for a $$$$$ payday out of court settlement to just make it go away.

His original suit even made note of them accusing assault(not sexual assault).

OK. Not sure where that sits. Georgia Tech suspended the 2 players, Jackson and Okogie, at the start of the season for accepting excess benefits. But they are playing again. Don't know if that's the end of it.

That is why we have so many politically and personally motivated attacks such as this. Everyoen just tries to deny it and hopes it goes away in time. No one steps up and takes action against those who falsely accuse them.

I AM PROUD OF PASTNER FOR SUING THEM FOR DEFAMATION.

If more people did this then we would not be in the situation we are in today where anyone can make any false claim they want at any time and people do not want to hassle with fighting. Fight back and win a number of financial judgements and you will see these type people craw back under the rock from whence they came. It would make the DNC powerless taking away their only weapon in any situation.

You are wrong here. Just not out in the public yet. Again wouldn’t be shocked to see Bell heading back to prison.
