He's a 3 star, was a nice pickup though looks like he could play early for us.

Dorian Hardy. Not bragging, thankful. He was committed to PSU until getting involved in a controversial fight. A position we sorely need to fill. Hope the young man brings it to the field.
as long as he wasn't brawling in the school or at a mall or something. on the practice field is alright.

Actually it was pretty bad. A 14 year old went to the hospital with seizures. Three players left the school. An assistant coach was fired. The fact that he had over 30 D1 offers and ended up at ECU is a red flag. Not throwing ECU under the bus, just saying that we did have the worst defense in the nation last year and he has been rated as high as four star. Hopefully this works out great for everybody, and I hope he has a great run at ECU, and a good life. Welcome to ECU Mr. Hardy.

Yea I think leading up to today was fine but today has been bad. Wildgoose and Baldonado both seemed to be 50/50 heading in and lost them both. Not sure how a florida kid picks Pitt over UCF but who am i to judge, hopefully we smoke them this year. Also lost purdy a couple days ago, leaving us with 2 scholarship qb's.
he's not a florida kid. he's not that different from the IMG kids. he moved to florida from italy last year and played football for the first time and took to it. i honestly don't think football really factored in his decision making.

he reminded me of greg romeus and funny enough UCF lost out to pitt as well.

Is Wild goose and Baldonado the names of recruits. There has to be a joke there.

It gets better. Habakkuk Baldonado

I blame BC#1 anytime a AAC team misses out on a Haiku, he's been slipping lately and it's hurting our recruiting as a conference.

Tavion Thomas signs with UC! https://247sports.com/Player/Tavion-Thomas-46036670

Chose UC over Oklahoma and Ohio State.

He is now UC's highest rated recruit. One more bigger shoe to drop (hopefully) today or tomorrow.

Nice. That's our 4th top 500 prospect in this class, and we are the favorites for top 300 TE/DE Leonard Taylor, so potentially 5 when it's all said and done. Taylor, Vann, and Bryant are all rated 4 stars by at least one of the major recruiting services.

Cincinnati football will be back soon. I'm only hoping for bowl eligibility in 2018, but 2019 and beyond looks really promising.

Job one of this new staff was to replace what was on the shelves with vastly upgraded talent. 2 for 2 in signing classes that accomplish that.

Also of note since the last clown show staff largely ignored the hotbed of Ohio recruiting, if we get Taylor tomorrow as many of the crystal balls are indicating UC will have signed 8 of the top 50 recruits in Ohio in this class and 14 of the top 100 which are both more than any other school.

Lenny Taylor just posted he is committed to UC! Top player for UC's class.

Boom! Big day.

Will likely push UC’s entire average recruit rating for this class up over 85.

Oh, we all agree on that...they're not even hot garbage, they're garbage that has been sitting out for a weekend in January.

Bryant looks to be pretty dang good, but he's not ready physically yet, and I certainly wouldn't want to throw him to the wolves behind our OLine as a freshman, that's potentially career ending psychologically..

These sentiments are understandable. I think that he can be productive as a game manager rather than someone that throws for 500 yards. he will also have a better supporting cast at wr and on the offensive line. I think we fall between 7-5 and 9-3 next year. We benefit from a weaker schedule.

The majority of the roster will consist of Fr. and So. and that certainly pertains to the vast majority of talent. Hopefully with improvements on the O-line and on defense we won't have to put Moore or Trail in a position to disappoint us.

SMU only signed 17 players, so the class rank is not stellar. However, our average rating per recruit is the best we have had since 2010.
