Its fake. Most anything that is actually verifiable in it has been disproved. Unfortunately, the vast majority of it is second and third hand gossip from unnamed sources. We call that hearsay in America and its not allowed in a courtroom and it not a basis for bugging a phone.

You cant prove or disprove hearsay. I could say "A source said he had overheard another person saying you had stopped beating your wife." If thats your threshold for "facts" then it hasnt been disproved. Even the Washington Post, who hates Trump, wont print something so poorly supported and unverifiable as the dossier.

No--the real story here was the Hillary campaign bought fake evidence that the Obama administration presented to a FISA court as bonafide "real intel" and obtained a court order enabling Mr Obama to spy on Trump and pass tid bits on to the Hillary (the smartest women in the world). This was about as Nixonian as you can get.
