Note the "went on to lie three more times when questioned" part. That's lot more than failing to fill out the form correctly the first time. That's very different because that makes the case for intent.

He updated the form in the spring, listing about 100 contacts, but did not mention the June 2016 meeting he attended with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, Donald Trump Jr., and former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort. He updated the SF-86 forms once more in June to include that meeting.

Then he edited it in July. Then another time in the fall and after the transition.

No, I don't like the guy. I like what he did the first year--Gorsuch, other strict constructionist judges, the tax cut. But he's now getting into areas where we don't agree--immigration (although I think his proposal is a reasonable compromise) and trade wars. I don't think I'll like his second year as much as his first.

And I was extremely critical of the whole botched primary process, at least on the republican side. I didn't care that the democrat side got hijacked, because Bernie was my worst nightmare.

I don't give a rat's ass how many women our president sleeps with--whether it's Trump or Hillary. I just care about policies. And I wasn't too fond of either in that area.

But I will wait for facts. And right now all I know for a fact is that a double standard was applied to Hillary, and I don't like that with a damn.

No, not at all. That's not the way the process works. Have you ever completed an SF-86? I'm guessing no. But somehow you know all about them, more than people who have actually gone through the process multiple times? That's quite amazing, actually.

I read. I think you have taken a position out of emotion rather than based in fact. I was first made aware of Kushner lying and the seriousness of a pod cast by Rick Wilson. A GOP consultant but a never Trumper. He was irate. The average Joe being in jail was his line. He knows people who went to jail over one intentional lie. That Kushner had 100’s. He was irate. I researched it that’s why I came out so strong. Rick Wilson filled out a SF 86mand he is irate with the sham involving Kushner.

I listen, read and respect Rick Wilson. I know I’m right and you are wrong. It’s just that simple.

Kushner omitted information, was asked about it, and revised his SF-86. That happens all the time. That's not prosecuted as a crime, or at least it wasn't when I did it.

This does point up a somewhat different problem, which I have mentioned before. We do have a double standard. To get a security clearance in the military is a long and arduous process. But for politicians and political appointees, you get elected or appointed and you need access right now to do your job, so the process gets short-circuited. Corners get cut repeatedly. It's a problem, but in our system I'm not sure I know a solution.
