Doug Pederson ULM
We’re rooting for Doug and don’t mind getting a little ULM pub too. Doug’s son Josh Pederson is our starting TE.

As a Cowboys fan, I would think you would root for the NFC team. (mo money, son)

That's just sad that you want the Pats to win with the help fo the refs.

I don't care who is in the SB. I root for the NFC. Yes, I have even, begrudgingly, rooted for Dallas a time or two.

Is anyone really going to watch this game for anything but the commercials?

More money? I hope that was a joke lol. The NFL isn't the ridiculous system we deal with in CFB. No SOS arguments, no polls, and no class divide. . The Cowboys won't get more money from the CFP if the Eagles win the Superbowl and don't benefit from other teams winning. I understand why people on here feel compelled to root for conference mates and scold some of us who won't root for certain teams even though my rooting has no effect on any outcomes, but it's apples and oranges compared to NFL divisional rivals. I'd rather see the GOAT cement himself, even if it means the Pats will have more Superbowl wins than the Cowboys, than deal with an offseason of Eagles fans boasting.

Eff that cheating franchise that's probably still cheating but just hasn't been caught.

It wasn't a reference to the Cowboys getting more money. It was about betting on the Eagles and cashing out.

Oh gotcha. I didn't even think about that. I'd bet on the Pats out of stubbornness lol.

For me, it honestly would have been difficult to pick out a matchup of two less-rootable teams than these two.

I was really hoping the Vikes or Jags would have made it so I wouldn't have to root for the Pats but oh well.

There is no way in hell the NFL would have allowed the Vikings and Jags to make the Super Bowl.

Maybe one...but both would be a ratings killer, and they can't have that.

Imagine the dilemma many Saints fans had during championship weekend. Tired of seeing the Pats win, despise the Eagles fan base, and don't want to see the team who broke your heart make it to the SB. Sacksonville was our only hope.

As a Cowboys/Football in general fan, I wouldn't mind a sinkhole opening up on the 50 yard line and the NFL, in a strange turn of events, deciding that both teams take a loss in the SB.

It won't matter. If the Pats win, the Eagles will be deemed a bunch of losers after going 15-3 and beating out 15 other teams to get there.

Ya know, every fanbase has their crappy/irrational fans. Don't paint everyone with such a broad brush. Not all Eagles fans are idiots.

Tell me you've never met an Eagles fan, or "known" one, that you found to be a reasonable human being that you could have discussions with.

I mean, my gosh, it's only entertainment for the masses, not a life-affirming necessity.
