Not sure if there is any solid "research" on how those techniques work. Whatever "pressure" situations you set-up in practice, it still is totally different that having to make them under game pressure situations. Some of these techniques may seem to work, but it is still pseudoscience.

While probably a good motivational tool to simulate pressure, probably an NCAA violation.
