That something is likely that McCabe had ordered field agents to alter and falsify FD-302 forms, and utilize witnesses to sign off on the altered forms.

As it turns out, there are a high number of whistle blowers who have come forward, and these guys are likely going to congress or the IG and not to the top of the FBI to report these wrongdoings.

By the way, it was also learned in the past week that Obama's name was scrubbed from Comey's exoneration letter of Clinton. The original statement said that Hillary transmitted and receive info from the president to her server while she was overseas. They changed that statement to "A senior government official." I believe the final statement left that piece out altogether.
