RE: BOZ!
He probably became the first Owl to ever score points in the Pro Bowl. Tommy Kramer started the 1987 game for the NFC but he didn't throw any touchdowns, and I think that was his sole appearance in the game.

I can’t find any Pro Bowl stats, but Billy Howton played in 4 as a WR, so I would imagine there’s a good chance he caught a TD pass.

Did Frank Ryan throw a pro bowl pass? He also played in 3.

Boz's stats - 1/1 on FGs (41 yards); 3/3 on PATs.

Howton scored on a 73-yard reception in the 1956 game.

RE: BOZ!
My bad. I was looking at something earlier today and it was talking about the AFC vs NFC Pro Bowl had only been in place since 1970, so I just assumed that was when the game actually began. But I guess technically it's been around since 1938 (and was sporadically played up until 1950 when it's pretty much become a yearly all-star game).

So Boz becomes the first Rice player to score points since the AFC-NFC merger at the very least (not counting Jerry Rice or any other player whose last name is Rice).
