Let's just say that I'm a bit tired of the intelligence community crying "may compromise VITAL intelligence operatives" every time it comes to light that those sorry ba$tards have been doing things that were not legal.

The memo is bits and pieces of the underlying intelligence report submitted to the house committee. Outside of the IC, I believe only Schiff and Nunes have read the whole thing. This memo is just Nunes' version of the total intelligence assessment. It should rightly be seen as nothing more than partisan trickery.
