As for Luis Guitierrez, he's hardly the Horatio Alger you claim he is. He's currently under Federal investigation for hiding Hundreds of thousands of Dollars of campaign funds in his wife's accounts. I have little doubt he'll be exonerated, he's an Illinois Democrat-corruption is expected of them.

I really am not trying to be insulting and I think if you go back into the history of the majority of the posts that I've EVER made on this forum, I have done my best to be pragmatic. I am simply saying to you that you are seeing one and only one side. I don't mean it to be offensive, I mean it to state my perspective. I am sorry if my passion is off-putting. I most certainly do not like Trump. I never have. This goes back LONG before he even considered running for office. What I do respect is the Office of the President and, if it weren't for that, would have given up on him long ago.

Never claimed that Guitierrez was Horatio Alger and I have a feeling that he likely falls somewhere in the middle of your perception of him and mine.

In ALL of this, I'm simply saying it takes two to tango in this whole mess. I have stated that I think some good things have happened, I agreed with many points of SOTU, I have tried to demonstrate that both parties have pro's and con's. I hardly see that as blinders. Make no mistake, I have bias...we all do. But I am at least attempting to view this from both sides.

Again, sorry for coming off as attacking. I don't know you. But, I feel like you are being very one-sided. Your prerogative...just makes it hard to have a constructive discussion.

Mexico started it's Southern Border Security Plan in 2014. Part of it was increasing manpower and stations. They were deporting about 150,000 a year.
