Just because some writer is stupid enough to call C-USA a "mid-major" does not make it so. C-USA was #6 out of 31 conferences last season. That's either a whole lot of mid-majors, or else C-USA is a major (in baseball). I think logic points toward the latter.

Lol. Don't get caught trying to use logic to figure out anything related to the NCAA. Whether we like it or not, there are 5 power conferences. Whether that matters for a given sport's post-season selections is rather debatable. However, there are 5 power conferences and C-USA is not one of them.

Point #1. I’m quite happy to acknowledge Big East and AAC as major conferences in men’s basketball. They routinely garner multiple postseason bids.
Just as CUSA does routinely in baseball.

Point #2. It was actually D1Baseball that very recently listed the six or seven major conferences (including CUSA and I believe Big West) first on its daily scoreboard page, (followed by all the other conferences, in alpha order).

32 teams made regional finals. So we were top 32.

What do you think of my statememt that we were top 32, since we were in the last 32 teams left in the playoffs? is that not a reasonable way to look at it? says a lot more about the team we had at the end of,the season.

You were already banned, but probably still lurking. So yes, I played under Graham a few seasons. Proudly, I was responsible for wrestling foul balls and homerun balls away from kids. In the 2nd game of a double-header, I was once promoted to bullpen catcher. I wasn't a catcher, so didn't relish the promotion.

Stephen Herce occasionally posts under his own name, so that is at least 2 former Graham players.
