I think Donald Trump is a sorry human being but hell I'm even behind the idea that we are better off if the world isn't always looking to us to solve problems.

Look at the freaking Middle East. Very little oil pumped over there lands in American vehicles or power our electric generators. We spend a huge amount of money trying to keep that part of the world stable, not because we need the oil but because Europe and Asia need it.

If we paid for what we do just in that region with a gas tax we would have to pay an additional dollar a gallon for gas and diesel.

We are borrowing hellacious amounts of money "to lead" over there.

Well screw that.
