He was #4/5 on the depth chart at UCF this year and everyone ahead of him was coming back next year. Supposedly did not take coaching well which is why he got almost no playing time the second half of the year.

The opportunities he did get, he kept trying to be a 250 pound scat back (running upright and trying to zig zag his way through traffic) instead of using his size and power to his advantage. As a result, he usually went down pretty easily on contact.

Hmm... well but I can see tweeter posts elsewhere. I also cannot view embedded youtube videos on this site, i have to open them up in youtube's site to view them.

Maybe my IT dept is just locking down us bandwidth hogs at work.

The is the guy who put UCF over Memphis in the recruit rankings that year, at the last minute. Can we have a do-over?

It is alleged that the coach and school secretary were manipulating transcripts for athletes after ACT test scores were received in order to back into academic qualifying for college. The coach has been fired from the School district before ever coaching a game at his new school, Melrose.

He didn’t crack the depth chart doesn’t mean he’s a bad player.

They should have known better when he posted on National Signing Day he was headed to Maryland via a space ship after he had previously committed to Ole Miss and then Clemson. I’ll be surprised if he ever plays a down in College Station. Too many SEC schools backed off him before signing day who will never let this happen.

that's how it works with every fan base....sign a kid and he's the greatest thing since sliced bread. If he flips, kid all of a sudden has major holes in his game and was going to ride the pine for your team anyway and its best they just leave

Sounds like you're faulting UCF fans for being unable to predict the future. UCF fans weren't wrong to be excited about a 4-star recruit, and aren't wrong that he was 5th on our depth chart. He just didn't pan out.

Maybe it was a system thing and he'll do well at A&M

Couldn't break in the line up at UCF, should be just fine at A&M

Richardson leaves UCF with two wins over Memphis. No current players were even alive the last time Memphis beat UCF on the field.
