Ray Lawry will play in the East - West Shrine game this Sat. joining Taylor Heinicke as the only Monarchs to play in the prestigeous game. Good luck Ray!

His stock fell this year with his injuries and reduced playing time, and he needs to really shine to have a chance at getting drafted. Congrats to him and best wishes.

Wish him nothing but the best. I think he'll get a shot in the NFL, but just like all of our other guys, it'll be the UDFA route.

You're right about his stock. But when you look back on his career stats...and consider how much he was dinged up/injured? Wow, he put up a LOT of production!!

Between TH and Ray, we've had some amazingly explosive players in our short run as a program.

For those who recorded it, skip forward to the beginning of the second half. West received the kickoff and after a punt, Lawry came on from the start of first East drive and carried the ball on 4 straight plays (although the announcers failed to identify on the first carry).
