That Stith block was big. And BJ hits his FT. Whew.

Not very good second half but we know Marshall can score. We kept them under their average. We scored over 80! Marshall is a good team.

Good news, we win.

Bad news, we gave up 50 in the second half.

Sweatin. Marshall came out with a lot more energy and we just kept taking the jabs. We need to learn how to play with a lead.

Yeah I say that was more Marshall than us. Idk if law of averages is a real thing but I believe that had a lot to do with it. Can't keep a team that scores 85 points a game down too long. We've seen that playing them before.

After we punched them in the mouth the first half and really played excellent defense, we came out the second half and punched them again. Unfortunately, this time, Marshall punched back and we didn't respond. Our defense got lazy and we got extremely tentative on offense. But, finally a little leadership there at the end. Trey makes foul shots, starts missing, but great blocks by Randy and Brandon, BJ makes the foul shots and we win. Rough second half after the bid lead, but I will take a win any day of the week.
On to Florida....

Wow, if we can get 14 points, 14 rebounds from Brandan Stith, I would bet we have a great chance of winning most nights. Great job Brandan!

Mhj played pretty well in first half but was very poor on his rotation in the second. He was definitely part of the collapse there. I want to see him play....but could see some of the shortcomings. On the last play before he got pulled he completely lost his man and didn't even attempt to close out the shooter on a 3.

I recall that. At the end when jj asked green to get up on ball handler to get him to pick it up and then turned and burned and jj about lost his ****. Freshman.

Yeah, think the Freshman guards about gave Jones a heart attack tonight. green seemed really put of sorts (got yelled at a lot) and MJH got lost on defense and had that poor entry pass. They got time and we won so alls good.

We blew a 23 point lead. A win is a win, but I certainly didn't come out of this one feeling any better about the season. Good thing we are in Florida next week. I'm sure it'll be "tough".

True but we were only favored by 6 anyway I think. And tbh all the top teams have had tough games to teams they should beat. Not just us. Charlotte gave wku a hell of a game. the Florida schools have mtsu hell last weekend
