If anyone is interested in going to the Elon game on February 4, the Crown Club is taking a bus. Either send me a PM or call Marie in the WBB office for details. We will leave about 8:00 that morning and return right after the game; lunch stop pretty much when we get close to/in Elon and brief snack stop on the way back (both on your own). Let's get some purple and gold into their little arena.

Elon had better players on the court....that ankle-biter Munford, for one, and definitely Re'shika White. I don't think Burnett deserved the preseason honor AT ALL and was appalled when she got it. Heck, W&M has better players and so does Northeastern. So do we, come to that.

Did not realize it was Super Bowl Sunday....hopefully we will be back in time to watch the second half commercials!!

The CAA did us no favors with the schedule this year to travel to away games. We did have a few folks go to Hofstra in December. Elon and Towson are the only other Sunday away games close enough to travel and we figured Elon would be a more competitive game than Towson. I would love to make the UNCW/College of Charleston weekend swing sometime.....that would make a very fun weekend trip. Maybe next year we can put something together!

We will do a post-game reception on Senior Day which is Saturday, March 2 after the W&M game. Our receptions are open to the public, and we would love to see lots of folks there to thank our seniors for their contributions to the program. It will be tough to see Tasia and Hailee leave us.

The wife and I are doing the CofC/UNCW trip this weekend. We have a friend who lives in Charleston so we visit with her while we are there. Also did the trip last year. Was a lot of fun and interesting to see some way arenas/crowds. Makes you appreciate the support we give the Lady Dukes!!

Also thinking of going to the W&M game and will hit the Towson game also. Still pondering Delaware, haven't been to the Bob yet.
