I don't think Colt Conrad ever returned to the ice after taking a shot to the head. Hopefully, he's alright. If he is out tomorrow, they might need a back-up goalie to play on the 4th line.

Because of injury & illness, they had an all freshman line of Cam Orchard, Josh Passolt, & Cameron Vance (defenseman) tonight. And they go on the road and beat #2 St. Cloud St on the big ice. Very impressive win tonight.

We put up seven goals on a great team tonight! On the big ice nonetheless. It's nice to see how we've adapted over the years into a fast, physical and very skilled team. We pressured SCSU through the entire game, and some coaches would have been tempted to sit back in the 3rd period. St. Cloud isn't a team you can sit back on though. Judging by the hit and how he looked on the bench, Conrad should probably be out tomorrow. I think a one-game suspension is appropriate for that hit, and hopefully the league has a second look.
